Radiofrequency

Recommended treatment

This condition is treated with excellent results with radiofrequency. Mesotherapy can also be a procedure that delivers excellent results.

Highlights

This treatment is normally not aggressive and delivers excellent results for moderated face and body sagging as well as cellulites.

How it works

Radiofrequency is a method that uses sophisticated equipment to improve skin laxity. It consists of the application of this technology for the treatment  of facial aging, that does not require inicisions nor a down time.

Energy is applied through the skin surface, raicing the dermis temperature with shortening of the collagen fibres. Fibroblasts temperature is also elevated, which are the cells in charge of generation of collagen, which, stimulated by this heat, generate new collagen to remould the tissue.

This application of technology is performed with a hand-machine that cools down the epidermis, avoiding skin injuries and burns.

Duration

This treatment lasts about one to one and a half hour.

Expected results

The effect of tension is appreciated gradually and progresively one month after treatement. Results last approximately two years.
